By accessing, registering on, or using the pk70 platform in any capacity — including browsing the site, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or launching any casino game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease use of the pk70 platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you (the player) and pk70 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

pk70 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk70 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following the notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Translations or summaries of these Terms provided for convenience are not binding and shall not override the English-language version in the event of any discrepancy.

Access to the pk70 platform and all real-money gambling services offered thereon is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. pk70 operates a strict 18+ only policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on pk70 or subject to any exclusion or suspension order relating to your account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pk70, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

pk70 takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your household may have accessed pk70 using your credentials or created their own account, please contact our support team immediately at the email address listed in the footer of this page. We will act promptly to investigate and close the account.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above and that the information you have provided is accurate, complete, and current.

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and financial services on pk70, you must create a registered account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on pk70 at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to your registered mobile number for an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify pk70 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

pk70 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account information provided is inaccurate, that the account is being used fraudulently, or that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

All financial transactions on pk70 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pk70 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to change and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your pk70 balance within minutes of payment confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method registered to your account in your name.
• pk70 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if required for security, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes.
• Withdrawals requested on weekends or Bangladesh public holidays may experience processing delays.
• pk70 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply its own fees or currency conversion charges where applicable.

pk70 operates strict anti-money laundering controls. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that is inconsistent with normal gaming activity, or that appears designed to move funds through the platform without genuine gambling activity, will be flagged for review. pk70 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.

pk70 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the full terms of each promotion before opting in or claiming a bonus.

General bonus rules applicable to all pk70 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion. pk70 reserves the right to exclude players from promotions at its discretion.
• One bonus per player: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance.
• Game restrictions: Bonus funds may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type and will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Deposit bonuses: Welcome bonuses and deposit-match bonuses are credited following a qualifying deposit and cannot be claimed in conjunction with other deposit bonuses unless explicitly permitted.

pk70 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it, pk70 will take reasonable steps to honour existing commitments on a case-by-case basis. Abuse of promotional structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting mathematical loopholes in bonus terms, or coordinating play with other players to achieve guaranteed returns — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.

All casino games and sports betting markets available on pk70 are provided by or in partnership with third-party software and content providers. The rules governing each individual game — including bet limits, payout rates, and special feature mechanics — are determined by the respective game provider and are made available within the game interface itself. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with individual game rules before wagering real money.

pk70 uses only games that employ independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and represents the expected long-term statistical return across millions of game rounds — it does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. Gambling involves financial risk, and there is no strategy, system, or pattern of play that can guarantee consistent winning outcomes.

With respect to sports betting markets on pk70:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless specifically permitted by the rules of the relevant market.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport and event type, as published in the sports betting rules section of the pk70 platform.
• pk70 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the bet was placed on the basis of insider information, match manipulation, or any other irregular activity that compromises the integrity of the sporting event.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per day may be subject to limits that are communicated in the sports betting rules section of the platform.

pk70 reserves the right to void or adjust the settlement of any bet where there has been a manifest error in the odds, lines, or market data — including but not limited to data feed failures, human error, or technical malfunction. In such cases, pk70 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and resolve the matter fairly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk70 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money deposits, bonus funds, and pending winnings), and — where applicable — reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use pk70 while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account, whether in your own name or using false, borrowed, or fictitious personal information.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; or engaging in chargeback fraud.
• Money laundering: Using pk70 as a vehicle to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional structures, wagering requirements, or free bet mechanics in a manner not intended by pk70.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the pk70 platform, its software, databases, or servers in any unauthorised manner.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward pk70 staff or other players through any channel.

pk70 employs sophisticated fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously across all account and transaction activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, pk70 will act promptly to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of other players. All decisions made by pk70 in respect of prohibited conduct investigations are final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 8.

pk70 provides its platform, games, and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pk70 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and service quality, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk70 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the pk70 platform.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing errors that are outside pk70's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your pk70 Login credentials.
• Gambling losses sustained through legitimate use of the platform — pk70 is a gambling service and all play carries inherent financial risk.
• Losses resulting from changes to game availability, odds, or market structures made in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk70's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If you have a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, a game outcome, a payment transaction, or any other aspect of your account, you should contact pk70 support in the first instance via the email address listed in the footer of this page. pk70 will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. All decisions issued following a completed investigation are final and binding unless otherwise required by applicable law.
